INDIE FILMMAKERS FOUNDATION (“we,” “our website,” “the Platform”) operates solely as a neutral online platform that allows users to post, discover, and discuss independent film projects and collaboration opportunities.
We do not produce, endorse, verify, guarantee, or otherwise vouch for any project, user, collaborator, or opportunity listed on the Platform.
2. Go to “Featured Projects” page for certified projects we collaborate on.
3. User‑Generated Content
All project listings, profiles, comments, messages, and other content available on the Platform are created and provided entirely by users. We do not:
- Verify the accuracy, legitimacy, or completeness of any content
- Conduct background checks on users
- Confirm funding, experience, ownership, rights, or intentions
- Guarantee that any project will be produced, completed, or distributed
Any reliance on information found on the Platform is at your own risk.
4. No Professional or Legal Advice

The appearance of a project or user on the Platform does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by INDIE FILMMAKERS FOUNDATION.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INDIE FILMMAKERS FOUNDATION, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
