Film Synopsis:
A 35-year-old Claire has no family, never kissed a boy before, never had a job and never had any back up in life. Her best and perhaps only friend she had is her late mother. Claire’s uncle Paul who always picks on her, shielding from all the chances, called her cursed make her situation Claire’s own terminal illness. Branded “Cursed “by her community, she battles trauma, depression and self-doubt until an encounter with a compassionate life coach, Esther who helps her to break silence and a young orphan Aline sparks a journey of forgiveness, gratitude and self-discovery.

Cleverly enigmatic tragicomedy leaves Claire restless and searching for answers. In a burst of courage, she joins a local life coaching group to find herself, heal and unlock her mysterious enigma and her own journey to living happy. What follows is a strange and spectacular journey through Claire’s intimate flash backs and dreamscapes of her past life of self-doubt and suicidal mindset unveil her harrowing past, hiding from killer gangs as a child, enduring rejection from her uncle and surviving an abusive marriage. The film is a powerful portrait of healing, resilience, and the belief that one deepest wound can become a light for others.
